War Years Concerts
I have developed an afternoon show
ideally suited to a retired audience and they
have been very well received.
It is my intention to get around as
much of the North Island as possible this year and
hopefully take
it into the South Island early next year.
I do them midweek and personally write
to Rest homes, Retirement Villages, Probus, Rotary, Lions Clubs and try
and work in with Senior Citizens Clubs and R.S.A's.
I have a great mix of songs including
songs dating back to 1879.
Expect to hear older country, great
old nostalgia songs and war time songs to stir up memories.
There'll also be liberal doses of
humour throughout.
